Marble Peacock

Description

Marble Peacock is a three-piece statement. The outer coat is an open, kimono-cut layer in a smoky black-and-white marble print, edged in black satin and finished with soft tie-fastened cuffs you can draw in or leave loose. Beneath it sits a white satin slip carrying the centrepiece: a large hand-beaded paisley-floral appliqué worked in pearl, silver and iridescent sequins. Both layers fall into a sweeping train. The matching white scarf is trimmed in the same marble print and scattered with small beaded rosettes, and a niqab completes the set.

Care

Dry cleaning is recommended. If hand-washing, use cold water with a mild detergent and do not wring. Cool iron on the reverse only. Handle the beaded and sequinned areas gently — avoid rubbing them, and never iron directly over beads, stones or sequins. Store on a padded hanger.
