Onyx Gold

Description

Onyx Gold is the most formal piece in the collection. The base is a black satin with a fine crinkled shimmer that shifts under light. Both wide cuffs carry an elaborate scalloped band of hand-beadwork — gold sequins, bugle beads and black glass beads worked into a dense floral scroll. Down the front, gold sequin-flower buttons run in a long line, echoed by a fine beaded trim along the opening edge. Completed by a matching black scarf and niqab.

Care

Dry cleaning is recommended. If hand-washing, use cold water with a mild detergent and do not wring. Cool iron on the reverse only. Handle the beaded and sequinned areas gently — avoid rubbing them, and never iron directly over beads, stones or sequins. Store on a padded hanger.
