Return & Exchange Policy
1. Our Commitment At Parda Nasheen
- we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our modesty wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with an exchange.
2. Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like hijabs or under-caps may not be eligible for exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3. Exchange Process (COD & Advance Paid)
To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID.
For COD Orders: Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will issue a Store Credit or process the exchange for a different size/article.
For Advance Paid Orders: You may opt for an exchange or a refund to your original payment method if the item is faulty.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item sent by us, Parda Nasheen will bear all shipping costs.
If the exchange is due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased during a Sale or Clearance event are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
6. Gift Items & Promotional Products
If your order included a complimentary gift or promotional item, this must also be returned intact and unused along with the main product.
Failure to return the gift item in its original condition may result in the value of the gift being deducted from the exchange or store credit amount.
7. Refund
At Parda Nasheen, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent refund process to ensure you can shop with complete confidence.
For Advance Paid Orders: If you wish to return an item, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method (bank account or card) once the item is inspected.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: To ensure you are never “stuck” with a purchase, we offer two options for COD returns:
Store Credit: Receive a voucher for the full product value to use on your next luxury piece.
Cash Refund: We can process a refund via Bank Transfer. After our team receives and approves the returned item, we will request your bank details to send the funds directly to you.
Deductions: Please note that while we offer free shipping on purchases, the actual shipping cost incurred for the return/exchange and the original delivery may be deducted from the final refund amount unless the item is faulty.
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received the return.
